Shipping & Handling:
We ship orders out two days a week. Orders placed by 8pm CST on Sundays will be shipped out on Monday. Orders placed by 8pm CST on Thursdays will be shipped out on Friday. A small fee of $1.50 is added to your order for packaging, materials and handling. This fee applies to each package that must be shipped from our facility. Be assured we will package your order in the smallest number of boxes needed, but be aware that some products must be shipped separately (i.e. Eucalyptus products). Please allow up to 10 business days to receive your package if you live in Canada. Orders shipped to you straight from the manufacturer may be sent out on a different shipping schedule (i.e. Eucalyptus products and Stealth products).
Local Delivery:
A 6% IA sales tax will be collected for items picked up for local delivery in IA. We will contact you to arrange to meet with you for local delivery.
Expedited and Overnight Delivery:
We do not offer expedited or overnight delivery at this time.
Back Order:
If your order is back-ordered, we will notify you via e-mail and you will have the option to cancel your order.
Problems or Delays:
Any problems or delays with your order will be communicated to you via the e-mail you provided us when setting up your user profile on our website.
Eucalyptus Orders:
NOTE: Euc Products are typically shipped from our supplier on Mondays and Fridays excluding holidays. Expedited and overnight shipping are not available from Eucalyptus Orders.
Re-shipping Order (Wrong Shipping Address):
If you enter the wrong shipping address and your order is returned to us, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping your order to the correct address.
