Shipping Policy

Shipping & Handling:
Orders are typically shipped daily, Monday-Friday. Orders placed by noon EST may be shipped that day. A small fee of $2.40 is added to your order for packaging, materials and handling. This fee applies to each package that must be shipped from our facility. Be assured we will package your order in the smallest number of boxes needed, but be aware that some products must be shipped separately (i.e. Eucalyptus products and Stealth products). Please allow up to 10 business days to receive your package if you live in Canada.  Orders shipped to you straight from the manufacturer may be sent out on a different shipping schedule (i.e. Eucalyptus products and Stealth products).

Items paid by e-check will not ship until after the e-check has cleared. This can take up to 5 business days.

Local Delivery:
A 6% IA sales tax will be collected for items picked up for local delivery in IA.  We will contact you to arrange to meet with you for local delivery.

Expedited and Overnight Delivery:
We do not offer expedited or overnight delivery at this time.

Back Order:
If your order is back-ordered, we will notify you via e-mail and you will have the option to cancel your order.

Problems or Delays:
Any problems or delays with your order will be communicated to you via the e-mail you provided us when setting up your user profile on our website.

Eucalyptus Orders:
NOTE: Euc Products are typically shipped from our supplier on Mondays and Fridays excluding holidays. Expedited and overnight shipping are not available from Eucalyptus Orders.

Re-shipping Order (Wrong Shipping Address):
If you enter the wrong shipping address and your order is returned to us, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping your order to the correct address.

Items shipped directly from the supplier:
Eucalyptus products and Stealth products are shipped separately directly from our Supplier and are shipped USPS Priority Mail.  Eucalyptus products can only be shipped USPS Priority Mail to make sure they arrive fresh and in good condition.
