Store Return Policy

Please read the store return policy carefully, because the policy varies with each product.

Eucalyptus products (Euc Products)
Because of the nature of this product, eucalyptus products can not be returned or exchanged. All sales are final.

Food products
Food products may only be exchanged within the first 7 days that you receive it in case of mold, spoilage, or other unforeseen problems with the food.  Please contact us immediately so that we may alert the manufacturer of these issues.
We will provide you a shipping label to ship the product back to us and we will resolve your issue within the shortest amount of time possible. 

There will be absolutely no refunds or exchanges for food products where there is nothing wrong with the product. (Example: Your sugar glider does not like to eat the food.)
We have sample packs and small quantities available for purchase, so you may test it out with your sugar glider before buying larger quantities.

All Other Items Not Listed Above
Returns within 30 days of purchase with a valid sales receipt can be exchanged, refunded or receive store credit.  There is a 15% restocking fee for returns,  but no fee for exchanges or if you opt to receipt store credit.

Shipping Charge for Returns or Exchanges
Unless otherwise noted in our store return policy, you are required to pay for the shipping charges to send the product back to us. We will not charge shipping to ship any exchanged product back to you.

Instructions for returns or exchanges
Please read our store policy above before following these instructions.
  1. Contact us before attempting to return or exchange any products.
  2. Carefully re-package the product so that it will not be damaged during shipment. Be sure to include the following in the package :
    a. A copy of your original receipt
    b. Reason why product is being returned or exchanged
  3. Label and send the package to:
